A: Yes we do Ship Internationally to anywhere in the world. Our kits are sent International Signed For so a signature is required on receiving the parcel. Please go to our Shipping and Returns section.
Q: Will the packaging of my Willy Kit be discreet.
A: Yes. We use discreet packaging with all our kits. There is no sign of what the contents are just a return sticker that says our company details incase the product gets returned. If ordering overseas and a custom declaration is required the contents will be labelled as "Novelty Moulding Materials".
Q: How will my Credit Card charge appear on my statement?
A: Your Credit Card charge will appear as "Direct Sales Limited".

Q: How should I store my kit if it's not used immediately?
A: Always store your Willy Kit upright and at a room temperature 25C - 5C. If it is stored below 5C please read the next question.
Q: What happens if my silicone rubber is hard like a gel and will not come out of the tub?
A: The silicone rubbber supplied is in a runny condition and easy to pour. However COLD temperatures during transit or storing below 5C may effect it making it become thicker and non-pourable. If this happens simply stir vigorously with the mixing stick provided or a spoon until it becomes a runny again. Add the supplied Catalyst and stir thoroughly. Then simply follow the instructions that came with your kit.
Q: What if my penis is pierced?
A: We recommend you remove any piercing before making the mould.
Q: What if my penis is bent?
A: It's not a problem you can still make a replica dildo. The kit comes with extra instructions just incase your penis is bent.
Q: Do I need to shave my pubic hair when I make the mould?
A: No. The Kit comes with a Release Foam Pad which protects your hair from touching the mould. We do recommend a seal of petroleum jelly or baby oil between the foam and your erect willy and to remove any hairs that are not covered by the foam.
Q: How much detail can I expect from my replica?

Q: How can I keep an erection when making the mould?
